I am a Houston based, lifelong self-taught photographer whose work primarily focuses on street, urbanscape and documentary photography. I’m fascinated by all manner of visual culture including public signs, structures, and often overlooked everyday objects and situations. In my photography practice, I use 35mm cameras as well as iPhone cameras to produce my work.

I am an active member of Houston’s photography community and is on the board of the Houston Center for Photography, where I served as president between 2015-2017. For the past decade, I have taught a variety of successful iPhone Photography classes at the Glasscock School of Continuing Education at Rice University, Houston.
